Make a Joyful Sound at this beautiful 6 bedroom Outer Banks vacation home in Corolla, on the Soundside. Private pool and hot tub, elevator. Rec Room with pool table, refrigerator, and microwave. Theater room with big screen TV and Netflix streaming. The Queen bedroom on the mid-level has a bathroom well designed for guests with mobility challenges, including a 36" doorway, rails for toilet, roll under sink and roll in shower with rails and fold out seat. Gas fireplace, multiple TVs and DVD player, stereo with CD. Enclosed outside shower, sun decks, carport.

Free parking area on Windance Lane for Villages at Ocean Hill guests. This lot holds 20 cars & provides direct beach access. Please note there is a fee for use of the Exercise Center.

No family pets allowed. No smoking/vaping.

First Level: Entrance way with a 3 inch lip into the home, door width 36". Elevator goes to all floors. The top floor elevator entrance dimensions are 40 x 60. Pool access: Doorway width is through a 28 inch wide slider with a 4.5 inch lip. 28 inch wide gate to the pool and hot tub.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom has 36 inch doorway, rails for the toilet, roll under sink and roll in shower with rails and a fold out seat. There is also a hand held shower nozzle. Shower lip is 1 inch. Door from the bedroom to deck is 33 inches wide with a 4 inch lip.

Top Level: Open and roomy living/dining/kitchen area. Elevator entrance is 40 x 60. Carpeting and sizable tiled kitchen. Kitchen is tiled. Upper level is painless to navigate, there is room in the great room for a wheelchair to navigate. Vistas from the great room.

Decks: Doorway width is 27 inch and lip is 4 inches.

This vacation home is located in Corolla. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Corolla Beach. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars are also worth visiting.   • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property managers offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection.   • Upon check-out, complete a final walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on good feedback to compel new reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will appreciate that you share your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
