Located directly on the oceanfront, this pet friendly home is appealingly located in Pine Island where there is just one row of homes between the ocean and the sound. Unobstructed vistas of the ocean to the east and the sound to the west are yours to savor throughout your stay.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a entirely gated private pool, hot tub and plenty of sunbathing and calming area that leads to a private beach walkway with dune deck and outside shower/foot wash. Just outside the gated pool you'll find a second enclosed outside shower. Inside you'll find a Theater room with tiered recliner seating for 8 that includes a kitchenette with sink, microwave and full size refrigerator. Rec room with a pool table, TV and wet bar with full size refrigerator. King Bedroom with TV and deck access that shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Queens plus TV. Bedroom with a Bunk Set and TV, full hall bathroom and the laundry area with 2 washers and 2 dryers.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with TV, deck access and private bathroom including a shower and whirlpool tub. King Master Bedroom with TV, deck access and private bathroom and a Queen Master Bedroom with TV and private bathroom.

Top Level: Open great room with huge ocean-facing and sound-facing windows, wet bar with refrigerator and oceanside deck access with tables and chairs for outdoor dining. Kitchen with counter seating for 3, breakfast table seating 4, gas stove, two ovens, two dishwashers and an ice machine. Dining Area seating 8 with vistas of the Pine Island Audubon Sanctuary and the Currituck Sound with covered deck access for striking sunset vistas. Half bathroom.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
