Intelligent TV's throughout! All new beds and box springs for summer 2022! Brand new construction in 2017 in Ocean Lakes (Section O of Ocean Sands) Five bedroom, three and a half bath. Ground floor contains a cavernous game room with enormous TV, one bedroom with a queen size bed and one bedroom with two twins, full laundry room, full bathroom. Ground level access to car port from rec room. Private 13x26 pool with plenty of deck space and outdoor shower. Second level contains charming kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, living room with half bath and a covered porch to relax on. Master bedroom with king size bed, private bath and access direct to covered deck. Third level contains two bedrooms; one with two sets of twin bunk beds and the other with a queen and a shared jack and jill bath. This home is just a short three min. walk to the beach access. Also includes guest membership to Ocean Lakes Swim and Tennis Club just a short walk from home. All bedrooms have their own wall mounted flat screen tv's.
We provide sheet and towel service EXCLUDING beach towels. (all sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels—beds will be made with sheets upon your arrival and towel sets in the bedrooms).
Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, kids and extended family members visiting in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,
unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOME PARTIES ACCEPTED.

- Property managers often offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. - Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the property one final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
