Ground floor contains a roomy game room with sizable TV, one bedroom with a queen size bed and one bedroom with two twins, full laundry room, full bathroom. Ground level access to car port from rec room. Private 13x26 pool with plenty of deck space and outdoor shower. Second level contains striking kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, living room with half bath and a covered porch to relax on. Master bedroom with king size bed, private bath and access direct to covered deck. Third level contains two bedrooms; one with two sets of twin bunk beds and the other with a queen and a shared jack and jill bath. This home is just a short three min. walk to the beach access. Also includes guest membership to Ocean Lakes Swim and Tennis Club just a short walk from home. All bedrooms have their own wall mounted flat screen tv's.
We provide sheet and towel service EXCLUDING beach towels. (all sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels—beds will be made with sheets upon your arrival and towel sets in the bedrooms).

Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, kids and extended family members visiting in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,
unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOME PARTIES ACCEPTED.

This neighborhood does not allow golf carts.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Ocean Sands, a neighborhood in Corolla. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Corolla Beach. Corolla Raceway and Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking nearby.

When to book & When to go:

• The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
• To get the largest vacation home for your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Currituck attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction.
• Property managers often offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
• Look for your local visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, travel guide magazines contain discounts for local tours, shops, and attractions.

• Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is generally available on booking pages. If not, call the property owner before booking the vacation home. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
• Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your agreement! Additional pet fees or may be applied to your agreement.
• Are you visiting for a single attraction or event? If so, use a map search to browse nearby properties.
• Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. .

Have a wonderful stay:

• Add the owner's contact information to your smartphone. Print and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
• Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, television set or thermostat. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent lots of issues.
• Lock your rental while you are away. Protect your property!
• Note any damages to the rental at check in, and immediately send them to the host. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are valuable if a dispute is filed.
• Be a good neighbor. Often, adjacent homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.

• Re-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at check-out. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Record a video to document the condition of the property.
