The Space:
Whispering Pines is a gorgeous and roomy home located Oceanside in Corolla Light, the award-winning, and premier resort community on the Outer Banks. In addition to the amazing resort perks, Whispering Pines guests also gain COMPLIMENTARY exclusive access to a private beach locker to store all gear! No more lugging equipment back and forth each day!

THE HOME:
You will enter into the ground level of the home which offers a kid’s bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets with intelligent TV, and a full bathroom. Throughout the home there is brand new premium floor (photos coming soon!). The laundry closet is also on this level. Step outside and appreciate the impressive, landscaped yard and take a soak in the hot tub or a dip in the private pool just out back! [Ground level has 1 bedroom and 1 bath]

Head upstairs to the middle level family room, featuring a intelligent TV and Blu-Ray player. Challenge someone to a competitive board game or relax in a comfortable chair with a book. When it's time for rest, head to one of the bedrooms on this floor: a King master bedroom with a intelligent TV, ensuite bathroom with double vanities, jetted tub & separate shower, a Queen bedroom with a intelligent TV, or a 2 Twin bedroom with intelligent TV. THE BEACH LOCKER:
The COMPLIMENTARY beachfront locker is a unique and extremely convenient feature designed to elevate your stay at Whispering Pines. With this conveniences, you’ll savor all the beach has to offer without the need to lug your gear each day. Your Whispering Pines beachfront locker is located directly on the sand, adjacent to the main Corolla Light beach access stairs. It comes pre-supplied with six beach chairs and is sizable enough to hold all of your gear, including body boards, umbrellas, and other such items!

THE RESORT:
The handsomely landscaped Corolla Light resort features a host of daily scheduled activities and amenities for the entire family. With your stay at Whispering Pines, you will enjoy the Oceanfront Complex, complete with the Oceanfront Grille Restaurant, a snack shack, beachfront wait service, three primary pools plus a infant pool, lighted basketball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, two playgrounds, and a putting green. Corolla Light also features many lighted tennis (clay and hardcourt available) and pickleball courts throughout the resort, as well as the northern Outer Banks biggest exercise center with a 25-yard pool, hot tub, sauna, complimentary weights, weight machines, cardio equipment, racquetball, wallyball, table tennis, and more.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 25. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**
