Inside you'll find a Recroom with TV/DVD, stereo/CD, foosball, bumper pool/game table, deck access and a wet bar with drink refrigerator and microwave. Master Bedroom with 2 Singles and TV/DVD, Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Bunk Set, Trundle, TV/DVD and deck access and a full hall bathroom. Laundry room with 2 stackable washer/dryers and utility sink.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms with TV/DVD and deck access (one with a private balcony and the other offers a whirlpool tub), Bedroom with 2 Singles, TV/DVD and deck access and a full hall bathroom. Den/sitting room with a private deck that offers lighthouse vistas.

Top Level: Substantial open great room with wood floors, 47" flat-screen TV/DVD, stereo, surround sound and deck access, kitchen with ice maker, wine cooler and breakfast bar with seating for 5. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

When to visit & When to reserve a rental home:
