In April 2020 and in light of our current national health crisis, the owners of “Life of Reilly” along with Brindley Beach became proactive in offering a clean and sanitized environment for guests.

The owners of Life of Reilly, contracted to have the homes three duct systems thoroughly cleaned. They have also added two RGF advanced oxidation plasma generators that use PHI technology. These PHI units have the ability to generate Ionized-Hydro-Peroxides which are very effective at destroying harmful microbials in the air and on surfaces within the home. In addition the home has high efficiency UVC lamps for additional sanitization of the indoor air and the interiors of the indoor portions of the heating and cooling systems.Although nothing is a guarantee in these unprecedented times, these additional precautions will help kill and combat germs and viruses as well as offer potential relief for allergy and asthma sufferers.

This gorgeous Oceanfront home will take your breath away as you relax in the hot tub and take in astounding ocean vistas. Take a dip in the pool, have drinks on the private dune deck or play on the beach just steps away. There's something for everybody in the Life of Reilly.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Beach Cabana Service: 8 chairs and 4 umbrellas will be set up Monday- Friday at this homes private beach access. Look for your beach set up, weather permitting, from 10 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event accepting up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional costs that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is returnable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

How to get the best value:

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer time is high season in Corolla. To get the largest rental home for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Currituck attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
  • Some property management companies offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers frequently offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • At departure, take a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget any personal items. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your family have a terrific stay? Most rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
