Chic and Contemporary House by the Sea
If you're searching for a modern coastal home by the sea, then 'Maison de la Mer' is the ideal beach home for you! Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac and located amongst the trees, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is ideal for your family and friends. It's also dog-friendly and accepts 1 dog max, which means your pup can appreciate a beach vacation as well! Located just steps to the sea, the closest beach access is just a fast 3-min. (0.1 mile) walk away. Close by, you can also conveniently walk to the community tennis court, just a 2-min. walk away.

The fenced-in ground level of this home features a bubbly hot tub for the adults to relax in after a long day in the sun. There's also a fire pit in the backyard with seating to roast marshmallows and make s'mores with the kiddos, two grilles (one charcoal and one gas), a fish cleaning station with sink, and enclosed outdoor shower.

Upstairs on the Middle Level, you will find the Foyer and a comfortable Den to hang out in and watch your favorite show. There's also a Queen Bedroom on this floor as well as a Bunk Bedroom with a Pyramid Bunk and a Twin Bunk. These two bedrooms share a full-size hallway bathroom with a shower stall. If you need to soak in the salt air, step outside and relax on the covered deck with twinkle lights providing ambiance for your nighttime conversations.

The Top Level of this home is where the family can come together to relax and savor each other's company. The Living Area. decorated in modern coastal decor, is cavernous, and features vaulted ceilings. The Dining Area features seating for 8 at the dining table and the kitchen island. Whip up a delicious meal in the well-appointed Kitchen, featuring tons of natural light. The third bedroom of the home can be found on this level - a King Master Bedroom with a Full Bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. When you wake up in the morning, brew yourself a cup of coffee and head out to the sun deck, which can be accessed from the King Master Bedroom or the living area. If you need additional sleeping space, head upstairs to the loft area and stretch your legs on the comfortable futon.

Multiple deck seating areas include a covered deck on the mid-level, the great room level sun deck, a side deck with table and chairs for dining al fresco, and the top level eagle's nest with expansive vistas and seating to gaze at the stars in the clear Outer Banks skies.
