(0.1 mile) walk away. Close by, you can also conveniently walk to the community tennis court, just a 2-min. walk away.

The fenced-in ground level of this home features a bubbly hot tub for the adults to relax in after a long day in the sun. There's also a fire pit in the backyard with seating to roast marshmallows and make s'mores with the kiddos, two grilles (one charcoal and one gas), a fish cleaning station with sink, and enclosed outdoor shower.

Upstairs on the Middle Level, you will find the Foyer and a comfortable Den to hang out in and watch your favorite show.
