Y7 Fairways & Sunsets, a 5 bedroom well-decorated home has everything needed to accommodate guests in the northern Outer Banks. Located within the resort-like community of The Currituck Club, guests will savor The Currituck Club amenities; tennis courts, community pools and a trolley service (throughout the summer months) and this home also comes with reduced greens costs and priority tee times.. Pamper yourself as this home really offers extravagant accommodations. Take a dip in your own 16' x 30' private pool or sit back and relax in the hot tub and watch the sun setting over the Currituck Sound. The elevator provides an painless check in and check out and is ideal when carrying groceries.

We also offer TVs, Blu-Ray player, DVD players, surround sound speakers in the great room, 4 Master bedrooms, decks, and a grille. We also provide entertainment and gaming in the garage as a rec room living space with air conditioning and heat--including a pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard and foosball tables. For families with kids, we have a pack-n play and a high chair. Our home comes equipped with a screened porch, a hammock, an enclosed outside shower, a water filtration system in the kitchen.
