TOP LEVEL:
The beach floor plan offers the main living space, known as the Great Room, provides deck access and beautiful vistas. With decks on 3 sides of the home that face north, east and south, plan to appreciate the ocean breeze while calming on deck furnishings to soak up the sun s rays. The living area has a huge flat-screen TV with 2 over-stuffed armchairs and a comfortable couch for stretching out. The dining area has a table that will seat 6 and the kitchen island provides seating for 5 more guests. A entirely-supplied kitchen offers has refreshed stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Coffee lovers have a choice of brewing their favorite drink with either a drip coffee maker or a pod coffee maker. There is a half bath available on this level. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]
MID LEVEL:
The covered deck at the front of the home has an outdoor dining table and also a modest outdoor couch for appreciating the shade. Inside, this floor offers 4 bedrooms for family members. The King bedroom shares a hall bath (shower/tub combo) with a bedroom that has 2 Twin beds and the third bedroom that has a Pyramid Bunk (twin over double) with a Trundle bed available. The fourth bedroom is a King Master Suite and its master bath has a shower/tub combo.
GROUND LEVEL:
The fifth bedroom is a King Jr. Master Suite which has a semi-private bath (shower/tub combo) that is shared with the Parlor. The Parlor offers 2 couches and enormous flat-screen TV for viewing a favorite game or movie. A second full-size refrigerator is available for chilling beverages and storing additional groceries. It is located just inside the slider doors that go out to patio is very convenient for grabbing drinks or snacks. A coffee maker and also a countertop ice maker appliance is available too! The laundry area is located on this level. There is parking for 4-5 cars in the driveway.
EXTRAS:
A new saltwater private pool (14' x 33') has been installed for the rental season. The hot tub is available for the adults to savor on the outdoor patio. A gas grille is available for grilling and an outdoor shower for showering off after the beach or before using the hot tub. Finest of all, the fenced side yard is available for kids and/or your dogs (2 max.) to play safely within the property s perimeter. In this neighborhood, there is a community tennis court which includes a basketball goal at the the intersection of Marlin and Porpoise Point Roads.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Ocean Sands, a neighborhood in Corolla. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Corolla Beach.
