Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a entirely gated private pool, hot tub and picnic table. You'll also find an outside shower and park-style charcoal grille. Entry Level. Inside you will find the laundry area with washer and dryer and a full-size refrigerator.

Mid Level: Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, Bedroom with a DuoBunk and Bunk Set, Bedroom with a Bunk Set and deck access and a full hallway bathroom.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV, dining area seating 8 and kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4 and screen porch access. Queen Bedroom with a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to living areas).

Extras: Private Pool (11x30), Hot Tub, 4 TVs, 2 fridges, high speed internet, charcoal grille, picnic table, screened porch, outside shower, traditional coffee maker and linens and towels supplied. Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
