Your family will adore this Corolla Light Villa, centrally located in the heart of Corolla Light with lighthouse vistas! Appreciate all the amenities of Corolla Light including their oceanfront activity area including community pools, basketball, volleyball, a restaurant, beach access and more! There is also a Soundside indoor sports center with indoor tennis courts (fee), exercise center, indoor pool and more!

Ground Level: Outside you'll find the hot tub, outdoor shower and 2 charcoal grilles (1 park-style grille). Inside you'll find a Bedroom with 2 Singles, flat-screen TV and patio deck access, full hallway bathroom and a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and a flat-screen TV. Garage with bicycles.

Mid Level: Great room with flat-screen TV and deck access, well-equipped kitchen, dining room seating 8, half bath and laundry area with washer and dryer. Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom,

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, lighthouse vistas, private bathroom and sitting area.

Extras: Hot Tub, 5 TVs, bicycles, outside shower, 2 charcoal grilles, linens and towels included, high speed internet and parking for 3 cars. Corolla Light community amenities for 10 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). No Smoking. No Family Animals. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property does NOT provide beach chairs.
