MID LEVEL:
The open floor plan accepts family members to share laughter and conversation in the Great Room with comfortable seating and a sizable flat-screen TV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, 2 dishwashers and a kitchen bar that seats 3. The dining room seats 8 people with vistas of the peaceful surroundings around the home. A huge King Master Suite is located on this level with a soaking tub and separate shower. The first of 2 Queen bedrooms is on this level. Savor the outdoors by using the outdoor table and gas grille on the deck at the back of the home. [Note: gas fireplace is not for guest use.]

TOP LEVEL:
This level has 3 bedrooms available: a King Master Suite with flat-screen TV and a huge master bath with shower and soaking tub; a Queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 Twin beds share the hall bath with shower/tub combo. There is also a sunny den area with plenty of seating, game table and flat-screen TV and access to the top level sun deck.

GROUND LEVEL:
A Parlor is a marvelous place for the kids and teens to hang out. Plenty of comfortable seating, Foosball game and a kitchenette with access to the attached garage which has a Pool table. There is a Pyramid Bunk Jr. Master Suite with 2 Bunk Bed sets that has a semi-private bath which is shared with the Parlor. The outside amenities include a volleyball court and a private pool that measures 12' x 24'. An outdoor shower with an exterior half bath is adjacent to the hot tub located by the pool deck.

EXTRAS:
As guests with The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including complimentary trolley service to the beach access, beach valet service, a Clubhouse with on-site dining, enormous community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Exercise Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bicycle riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play the 18-hole course, landscaped throughout the resort, with sound and ocean vistas.

Located in Corolla, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Corolla Beach. Corolla Raceway and Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars are also worth visiting.
