Private Pools are open from May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025 and May 1, 2026 until October 11, 2026. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Family Animals are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery costs may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 23, 2025 and August 31, 2025, and May 22, 2026 and September 4, 2026.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

• Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Property management companies sometimes offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
• Property managers usually offer customers an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
