This home is located in the Hammocks neighborhood within the award-winning and gated Currituck Club community.

You'll be instantly struck by the open, airy, and elegantly appointed interior while the constructed-in tranquility found on your outside decks with their beautiful sunset vistas will provide the peaceful respite you've been looking for! Your private in ground pool will provide a centerpiece of fun and relaxation for the entire family.

Your family will appreciate the access to five community pools, tennis courts, a exercise center, trolley service to the beach (in season) and more. This gated community is one of the most trendy vacation destinations on the island and with good reason... family friendly, clean, private and yet still close to area attractions.

No family pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. All trolleys run from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates and pool heat information, including details regarding the optional pool heat fee.

When to book & When to go:

  • In the Currituck area, The earlier your group can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Booking your rental property 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Currituck area. To find the best value, shift your vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer pleasant temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Property management companies often offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses.   • Double-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.

If your property and/or host was great, they would love to hear about it.
