Level 1: The Lower level offers parking and a 12X24 private pool, with a hot tub. It's the ideal place to end your day by grilling out around the pool or calming in the generous seating around the pool area. The game room can also be found on this level.

Level 2: There are four bedrooms on this level. Included are a King bedroom and Queen bedroom with full baths attached. In addition, there are two bedrooms, each with two bunk beds, that share a full bathroom. The washer and dryer are on this level. There is a deck on the back that overlooks the pool and is the ideal place to have your morning coffee or to watch the sunset.

Level 3 The open great room offers plenty of space for everybody to be comfortable, and the huge deck offers sun and ocean breezes. The well-outfitted kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area are on the top level, as well as, a king bedroom with a sizable walk-in shower and bath, a half bath, and a exceptional screened porch which is ideal for morning coffee, afternoon lunch, evening dinners or beverages!
