Santorini Sunsets is one of the model homes from the newest community in the heart of Corolla Light - Beacon Villas! This fresh duplex is on the ocean side of Route 12 with painless access to the wide Corolla beaches. Professionally decorated and with a total of three master bedrooms. The lower level features a game room with a pool table and a wet bar with a full size refrigerator, a 4th bedroom and full bathroom, as well as screened porch. A covered hot tub area and a patio. On the main level are two king master bedrooms, and the great room opens onto a corner sun deck and a comfortable covered porch. The upstairs loft bedroom features a queen bed, private bath and vistas of the Currituck Sound. Guests of Santorini Sunsets have access to all the amenities of Corolla Light including the oceanfront pool complex, walking trails, indoor sports center, soundside pool and many more. The community is conveniently located to the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, Whalehead, Heritage Park and the village of Corolla, as well as the Corolla Light Town Center. WE HAVE PUT SPECIAL COVID-19 cleaning procedures in place. We will be paying an additional charge to our cleaning crew to wipe down every door knob and appliance in the home to ensure the safety of our guests. All linens and towels will be washed in hot water and used only in our home. The linens and bath towels are an additional charge and you can still opt to bring your own. We have been using the same cleaning crew for the past 4 years.

  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
