It's the best of both worlds. Family will stay entertained with a 7-foot Diamond pool table for your enjoyment in the ground floor rec area with Ultra Hi-Def Flatscreen TV. An additional Ultra Hi-Def Flatscreen TV with 5.1 Theater Sound is supplied in the Living Room. Family will appreciate the luxury of the private pool (with option to add pool heat for an additional $500 (Plus Tax) per week and not prorated) and hot tub with ample comfortable outdoor furnishings and convenient access to a bathroom located off the pool deck area. Limited parking in the driveway (garage will accommodate 1 compact car) and the driveway will park 2 cars (additional parking available on Herring Street). Only cars that have a state registration license plate and a current inspection sticker are allowed on Cane Garden Bay Circle. In addition, the driver must have a current state driver's license. Golf cart trailers are not allowed to be parked in the community. A visitor lot and on-street parking is located on Herring Street for alternate parking.
