The reverse floor plan offers spectacular Ocean and Sound vistas. The Great Room includes a 40 inch HDTV, stereo with surround sound, and access out to both a huge sun deck and screened porch. The newly refreshed gourmet kitchen features quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and an island (seats 7). The enormous dining room table (seats 10). The huge King Master Suite on this level enjoys vistas of the Ocean and golf course with deck access, double headed shower and separate soaking tub.

MID LEVEL:
