Making Waves in handsome Pine Island in the 7 bedroom Oceanfront Estate! This vacation home offers everything you and your family could want from magnificant location, handsome vistas, an elevator, private pool, private beach access and the rec room with foosball and pool table! This home has it all and your family will want to return every year!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a entirely gated private pool with hot tub, gas grille, outside showers and foot wash and beach access. Inside you'll find an ELEVATOR to all levels and the rec room complete with pool table, foosball table, enormous flat-screen TV, Blu-Ray DVD, game table seating 2, pub table seating 4 and a kitchenette with sink, dishwasher, microwave and full sized refrigerator. This room is ideal for access from the pool area, which is completely gated off from the home for additional security with little ones. From the Recroom you can access a fenced patio area gated from the private pool with an outside shower and access to a full bathroom from the rec room and the patio area. Rounding out this level are 2 King Master Bedrooms both with TVs, tiled bathrooms and double vanities, one with deck access. The 2 car garage is the ideal place to store your beach gear!

Mid Level: This level features 4 bedrooms and a nice sized den. Queen Bedroom with TV and deck access, full hall bathroom and a King Master Bedroom with TV, Oceanside deck access, Soundside private deck and tiled bathroom with double vanity and jetted tub. There is a humongous, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, double commercial sized fridges, 2 dishwasher, commercial Dacor gas range, 2 microwaves, Keurig coffee maker and breakfast bar seating 6. Dining room seats 14 and offers vistas of the Pine Island Wildlife Refuge and access to the top level deck. You will also find a loft/office area with desk and a half bath, just off the great room. SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until 4:00 pm check in time. We have stationed a housekeeping professional in Sparkle Club homes from 10 am to 4 pm on each change over day. The housekeeping team will continue their work until 4 pm to provide your family with additional cleaning for a special vacation! Prior to leaving at 4 pm the housekeeper will walk through the home with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

  • To find the best rental home within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies often offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.

  • Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You'll enhance your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are often an excellent source for finding the best local scenic spots.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the rental while you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a terrific stay? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
