2025 Upgrades will include brand new deck railings, new carpeting on all stairs and a entirely remodeled first floor Rec Room (photos to be refreshed upon completion, estimated late April). 2024 Upgrades included new beds in every bedroom, pair of bathrooms completely updated, new landscaping, a new roof and freshly painted interior throughout. Major neighborhood updates with newly paved roads, brand new tennis/ pickleball court and basketball hoop plus rebuilt beach access crossover boardwalk (3 access points). In 2023 a brand new kitchen and appliances added, pool deck was expanded and the Tiki bar added.

Queen Bedroom with intelligent TV/BluRay DVD and deck access with stairs to back yard and hammock swing chairs, that shares a Jack-n-Jill full bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles and intelligent TV/BluRay DVD.

How to find the best Currituck rental experience:

When to visit & When to reserve a Currituck rental home:

  • Summer is the most expensive season in Corolla. To get the largest rental within budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Currituck restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance.
