2025 Upgrades include brand new deck railings, new carpeting on all stairs and a completely modernized first floor Rec Room. 2024 Upgrades included new beds in every bedroom, pair of bathrooms completely refreshed, new landscaping, a new roof and freshly painted interior throughout. Major neighborhood updates with freshly paved roads, brand new tennis/ pickleball court and basketball hoop plus rebuilt beach access crossover boardwalk (3 access points). In 2023 a brand new kitchen and appliances added, pool deck was expanded and the Tiki bar added.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with intelligent TV and private bathroom, 2 Bedrooms each with a DuoBunk, Trundle and intelligent TV and a full hall bathroom. Queen Bedroom with intelligent TV/BluRay DVD and deck access with stairs to back yard and hammock swing chairs, that shares a Jack-n-Jill full bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles and intelligent TV/BluRay DVD.

When to go & When to reserve a rental home:
