Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a private pool area with picnic table, gas grille and loungers, hot tub (mid level deck), basketball hoop and parking for 5 cars. Inside you'll find an ELEVATOR to all levels and a Queen Bedroom with TV that shares a handicap friendly bathroom (roll in shower with seat and grab bars and roll under vanity) with a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets with TV. Recroom with pool table, TV, half bathroom, patio access to pool area and a kitchenette with full refrigerator, microwave, sink and stereo.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with TV and deck access, 2 Queen Master Bedrooms both with TV and deck access, Master Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and TV, laundry area with washer and dryer and Den with TV with deck access. The hot tub is on the deck.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
