The lower level contains a TV and stereo with a second refrigerator with ice maker and microwave. There are double laundry areas, one each on the lower and middle levels. It is located on a lakeside cul-de-sac in handsome Ocean Lakes, which has exclusive amenities such as multiple tennis courts, lake, enormous community pool, infant pool and gazebos.

Ground Level: Queen Bedroom with TV/VCR and a semi-private bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway), Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, Trundle and TV/VCR and a Recroom with TV/VCR/DVD, arcade style game, stereo, movie library, Queen Sleep Couch and a wet bar including microwave, sink and a full refrigerator. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

  • Booking websites typically offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.
