This pet-friendly modern single-level condo is luxuriously furnished with a roomy floor plan ideal for a modest family or two couples! The open floor plan is exceptional for entertaining, family gatherings, memorable meals, game nights, or calming after a ideal day at the beach. The handsome gourmet kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and a enormous island with plenty of seating for everybody. The handsome great room provides comfortable seating for all, including a queen sleeper couch! Stunning decor and artwork have been thoughtfully chosen to add to the ideal vacation getaway! Feel what the Northern Outer Banks has to offer!

A King Master Suite with a full private bathroom is the ultimate charming hideaway, while a second King bedroom and full hall bathroom are conveniently located just down the hallway.

Appreciate warm summer nights or cool fall evenings on the porch while grilling local fresh seafood on the gas grille! After a hot day on the beach, cool off in the community pool or savor a game of volleyball on one of two courts offered! Be sure to walk along the peaceful, sound side nature trails! Your fur infant will appreciate it!

Other Conveniences include an outside shower, Community playground, high chair, pack 'n play, 3 TVs, and a full-size washer and dryer.

Internet
All of our homes are equipped with WIFI. However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee that the internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring hotspots or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.
