This handsomely appointed oceanside villa, located in one of Corolla's newest communities, will be your vacation home away from home for years to come! Featuring a sizable community pool and recreation area, Corolla Bay has everything your family could want. It's also only a short walk to the wide, sandy beaches of Corolla, come savor for yourself!

Ground Level: Enter into a den that provides a Queen Sleep Couch, 42' flat-screen TV, a wet bar with microwave & mini-refrigerator and a bistro table and 4 stools. Just off the den is a bedroom with a DuoBunk and a full bathroom. Step outside into your private courtyard and take a soak in the hot tub.

Mid Level: This floor is home to 3 more bedrooms including a impressive King mbr with double vanities and a private deck. There's also a King bedroom with flat-screen TV that shares a full bathroom with a Queen bedroom with flat-screen TV. The laundry area is also on this floor.

Top Level: Provides an open great room featuring a 50' flat-screen TV with Blu-Ray player and surround sound and an electric fireplace. The gourmet kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances and the dining table seats 6 with seating for 4 more at the kitchen bar. Savor some cool ocean breezes from the top level deck. Rounding out this home is a half bath just off the kitchen.
