One of the closest villas to the beach, it is steps away from the ocean activities at the resort. Land Shark is one of the only villas in Corolla Light that offers two living areas as the ground level family room includes a Queen Murphy Bed. This peaceful end villa offers 2 Master Bedrooms each with private balcony and is located in the center of Corolla Light Activity within walking distance to the beach, oceanfront pools, Corolla Lighthouse, stores, eateries, bicycle paths, the sports center and so much more!

Ground Level: Bedroom with Queen Murphy Bed, 50" TV/DVD/VCR, stereo with CD and Xbox 360 that shares a full bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles plus 40" flat-screen TV/VCR. Both first floor bedrooms have direct patio access. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Features a very enormous great room with 65" Roku TV, wet bar, dining room with seating for 8, well-equipped kitchen and a full hall bathroom. King Master Bedroom with 40" flat-screen TV/VCR, Jacuzzi bath tub and private balcony.

Top Level: Expansive King Master Bedroom with tiled, walk-in shower, 50" flat-screen TV/DVD/VCR and a private balcony.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
