Welcome to Sand Dollar Central! We are happy to welcome you and your family, including fur babies!

Sand Dollar Central is located in the northernmost section of Ocean Sands. This home has been newly modernized with plenty of space and comfort in mind for everybody!
Once you’ve entered our section of Ocean Sands, you’ll find Sand Dollar Central located in the middle of a peaceful cul-de-sac, with the beach path directly to the right of the home. Just up the road, you can effortlessly bicycle or walk to Timbuck II, a fashionable shopping and dining area. With ten beds in the home, 15 guests can be comfortably accommodated:

*** Our home is completely equipped for little kiddos with a crib, high chair and infant gate.
This home received a refresh prior to the 2022 season to include new LVP floors, bedroom furnishings, and outdoor furnishings.

Top Level: The top level of this home is completely open concept. Family members can lounge on the couch, hang out in the kitchen or on the deck. The main living space features an upsized sectional and a 65” TV. The dining area includes a table that seats 8, as well as three bar stools at the enormous center island. Additionally, there is seating for 6 on the screened in porch, which is directly adjacent to the living room. The screened porch connects to a impressive deck space and a 6-7 seat hot-tub. The top level also includes a king bedroom with a full bath and walk-in closet!

Mid Level: The 2nd floor features 4 of the 6 bedrooms. There is a King bedroom that has slider access to the deck with hammocks, outdoor seating, and overlooks the pool. This King shares a jack-and-jill bathroom with a Queen room. Both of these rooms include a mounted T.V.

On the other side of the hallway there is a full bath, and a double-over-queen bunk room with slider access to the deck as well! The last room on this floor is a 4 twin bunk room with an adorable book center for kids!

Ground Level: The Ground level is the ideal area to hang out when family is appreciating the pool, or to end an evening. The pool area also features a grille! We have a mini-refrigerator available for your use, as well as a comfortable leather couch within view of the TV and DVD library. Next to the tv area, there is a full size pool table with plenty of space to appreciate a game! If playing pool isn't up your alley, then we also have a modest video game system and foosball.

The ground level features a full bath, in addition to a King Bedroom Suite with an en-suite bath and private exit to the pool! A full sized washer and dryer are also on this level.

Sand Dollar Central features plenty of “extras” to make your vacation incredible:

- Parking is available for 4 cars.

-In-Ground Basketball Hoop located in the front driveway

- Our private solar heated pool is open from May to September and includes comfortable lounge chairs!

- The 6-7 person hot tub is available for use year round

- The screened in porch on the top level has seating for 6 to savor alfresco dining.

- The pool area offers an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.

- For a cozy evening in, you can enjoy the ambiance of an electric fireplace in the main living space.

- This home features top-of-the-line memory foam beds.

- Our home is equipped with wifi to keep everybody connected and entertained.

- The kitchen is entirely equipped and has stainless steel appliances, microwave, coffee makers and toaster.

House Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed on the property.

- We are dog friendly for 2024! Up to two dogs per stay; owners are responsible for picking up after family pets and any damage to the property.

- This is not an “event” home; events or other gatherings are not allowed.

- The Ocean Sands Community does not permit trailers, jet-skis, or golf carts on site.

- Street parking is prohibited in Ocean Sands.

- There is a Ring video camera on site (at the front door) that faces outward towards the cul-de-sac for additional security!

- The minimum age to book is 25 years old; photo ID may be required for check in.

- Kids under 14 should be supervised in the pool area.

- Guests are responsible for damage made to property; vacation rental insurance is available for this property.

- Trip Insurance is highly recommended; guests are not refunded if travel is affected by weather events such as hurricanes.

- Unauthorized early check-ins/late checkouts are subject to additional costs.

  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
