The rec room opens to the pool, a hot tub for 8, marvelous tiki bar under a sizable pergola and 3 grilles (1 gas, 2 charcoal). There is also an outside loo, shower and changing room.
Mid Level: Features a granite-tiled grandiose entry entryway with an fashonable fireplace. There are 5 primary bedrooms; 3 main bedrooms with great ocean vistas and 2 main bedrooms and four have deck access. All bedrooms in this home have TV/DVD.
Top Level: Presents the cavernous, light-filled great room with gas fireplace and entertainment center with HDTV, Blu-Ray player and stereo, a window-lined formal dining area, a huge well-equipped kitchen with wine cooler, ice maker, informal dining area and a half bath. For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically.
Fireplaces are available from November 1st through April 1st.
The private pool is open from May 1st through October 15th. Pool Heat is available upon request at $84 per day. You can contact guest services and add the pool heat to your reservation. Please provide at least 72 hours advance notice. Pool heat is not available in July and August.
