The beach access is just 30 feet from the front property line of the home! Another short walk on the path at the rear of the home leads to a handsome community activity area that includes a swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, kids’s play area, and snack bar. There are also many eateries, stores, and beach rental companies just a 10-min. drive away. The ground level entrance leads to the elevator to help you haul all the suitcases, groceries, etc. into the home. This roomy and well-designed home offers many great features that you will soon discover. After settling in after your long drive, grab a cold brew or drink of your choice and take a walk over to the beach. Leave your flips at the bottom of the stairway access and take a leisurely walk along the surf and breath in the fresh ocean air! Pack up the cooler, body boards and sunscreen for a day at the beach! Later in the afternoon, head back to the home for a dip in the pool and a calming session in the hot tub. Appreciate drinks and dinner on the grille - everything just seems to taste better at the beach! And after a long day of activities, settle into your private bedroom suite, prop yourself up in the bed, and stream one of your favorite shows or movies. All bedrooms feature 50”, Intelligent TVs!
