Juniper Hill is a freshly constructed soundside home located on a huge corner lot in the Windswept Ridge subdivision of the esteemed Currituck Club. Every detail has been meticulously and attractively chosen for a flawless vacation experience. Along with four bedrooms and three full baths, Juniper Hill offers guests a private saltwater pool and hot tub. A delightfully landscaped yard includes an broad fenced-in area with barefoot-friendly lawn. After a day at the beach or exploring town, come home and relax in the comfortably furnished open-concept great room, where you can appreciate vistas of the sunrise over the ocean each morning. It leads out to an east-facing deck that overlooks the pond and fairway. When you're not trying one of Corolla's phenomenal eateries, use the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.

At the end of the nighttime, getaway to the top-level primary king suite with a private bath that includes dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The mid-level consists of three additional bedrooms, two of which feature access to private decks. A second king ensuite on this floor makes Juniper Hill ideal for multiple or extended families. Downstairs, you'll find a media room with 75" TV and queen sleeper couch where you can host a family movie nighttime or watch the big game. The garage has been converted into a game area with foosball table, along with an additional full-size refrigerator for storing additional groceries or the catch of the day.

Located in the Windswept Ridge neighborhood, Juniper Hill offers a prime location within The Currituck Club community. You'll be within walking or cycling distance to the main clubhouse, a premier facility offers something for everybody. Conveniences include a exercise center, tennis, basketball, community pool with tiki bar, and more. During the summer months, use the complimentary shuttle service to get to the beach. Once you arrive, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear (Memorial Day - Labor Day). A Harris Teeter is located at the entrance of the community, so grocery shopping is a breeze.
