Joint Venture is a ideal gathering place for family and friends. This home features a humongous and open great room with a wood burning fireplace, and 42-inch HDTV, a phenomenal dining area with seating for 12 and a well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. There is an east facing sunroom and sun decks on three sides of the top level and the lower level has a huge bedroom with 4 twin beds (2 bunk sets broken down).

Private 12' x 24' gated pool. Whirlpool tub, screened sun porch with mini refrigerator. There are 2 master bedrooms. TVs, DVD players, stereo. Carport swing, basketball goal, outdoor play set. Enclosed outdoor shower and changing area, grille. Approximate distance to the beach is 820 feet.

No family pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Parking for 4-5 cars. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.

About the Area

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Whalehead Beach, a neighborhood in Corolla. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Corolla Beach. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
