The oceanside location and neighborhood beach access make getting to the ocean hassle-complimentary. Load up the beach cart to effortlessly transport all of your gear, toys and snacks to the close by access, just a three min. walk from the home.

With nearly 4,000 square feet of comfortably furnished living space, Island Breeze is ideal for extended families or multiple groups visiting together. Six of the eight bedrooms include ensuite baths for plenty of privacy. The open-concept great room can accommodate huge gatherings and encourages quality time spent with family and friends. Soaring vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows make the space feel even more broad and airy. The chef in your group will savor the cavernous kitchen overlooking the great room, where they can still socialize while preparing meals. With a dining table that seats twelve and bar seating at the kitchen for four more, everybody can sit down and dine together. The Ships Watch also provides table seating for four, an ideal space for playing card games or hosting poker nighttime.

The fun continues downstairs in the rec room with a pool table, comfortable seating, four TV's and a kitchenette equipped with a full-size refrigerator and microwave - ideal for poolside drinks and snacks! Outside, take a dip in the private saltwater pool (which can be heated certain times of the year) or soak in the hot tub. A half bath on the ground level can be conveniently accessed directly from the pool area.

Island Breeze is located in the esteemed private community of Pine Island, which provides guests with exclusive access to two outdoor pools, tennis, basketball and a playground. Finest of all, a neighborhood beach access is just a short walk away, with no major roads to cross. For guests who want to experience both Corolla and Duck, Pine Island is located between the two towns and offers the best of both worlds. Metropolis Tapas & Martini Bar, Northern Outer Banks Brewing Company and Bluewater Seafood Market are less than half a mile away.
