This unique four story home in esteemed Palmers Island offers eight bedrooms, ten full bathrooms and three half baths, including one pool side. With eight furnished decks, you have an unobstructed view each day of your stay.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a private walkway to the beach, entirely gated private pool, hot tub, 2 outside showers and beach storage area. Inside you'll find a sizable Recroom with TV/DVD, stereo with CD, pool table, patio access to the beach walkway and a kitchenette with sink, microwave, dishwasher and full sized refrigerator. ELEVATOR to all levels, full hall bathroom, King Master Bedroom with TV, Master Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks and TV and the laundry room with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Features a Family Suite that includes 2 Master Bedrooms. Enter the suite to a Master Bedroom with 2 Singles, TV, deck access, full private bathroom and second laundry area. Through a privacy door you'll find a huge King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD, east and west side deck access with ocean to sound vistas, Queen Sleep Couch and a private bathroom with whirlpool tub. (There is a privacy door between the two bedrooms but you must enter through the Master with 2 Singles to get to the King Master Bedroom.) Also on this level you'll find a King Master Bedroom with TV/VCR and deck access with ocean vistas, King Master Bedroom with TV/DVD and east and west side deck access with ocean to sound vistas, Queen Master Bedroom with TV/VCR and deck access, Master Bedroom with 2 Singles plus TV/VCR and a Den with TV/VCR/DVD and deck access.

Featured are a mini-kitchen complete with stove, dishwasher and full size refrigerator, flat-screen TV/DVD, sitting area with couch and chairs plus ocean and sound decks. The luxury private master bathroom features a whirlpool tub, huge separate shower and dual sinks. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until the housekeeping team has finished their work OR 4:00 pm check in time.

Garage and 3 gas fireplaces are NOT available to guests.

Tricks and tips to get the optimal rental experience:

When to visit & When to book:

  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Corolla. Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.
  • Look for your local Currituck area magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitors guide magazines contain deals for local accommodations, tours and attractions.

  • Begin by choosing vacation dates and a maximum budget.

  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is normally available on booking websites. If not, email or call the host before you reserve the property. Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You will need to work out what is best for your vacation group.

Tips to have a wonderful stay:

  • Add the property manager's contact information to your smartphone. Understand and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
  • Hosts are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Lock your rental home while you are out. Keep your property safe!
  • Document any damages to the property during check in, and immediately e-mail them to the property manager. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are useful if damages are attributed to your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant visitors bothering your peaceful neighborhood. Employ the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and places you would have not otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to confirm you have not forget any personal items. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a wonderful stay? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
