This home is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac with great access to the sound and the beach. There is a pool that can be heated, hot tub, and a game room. It has plenty of room for a family beach vacation with all the amenities. Right next door to MS-9 for bigger families that need more room!

Lower Level: Has a game room with a refrigerator, wet bar and Tv, the sleeper couch is in this room. The game room has the direct access to the pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower. The Bunk Room has Double Bunk Beds with a Trundle which is a twin, also a twin SS in this bed room too.

Middle Level: King bedroom with a private bathroom and access to the deck. King bedroom with a private bathroom. Queen bedroom with private bathroom. There is a half size bath in between the middle and top level of the home.

Top Level: The Living room has a electric fireplace with a very cavernous couch and TV to watch movies as a family with. Totally Stocked Kitchen with Stainless steel appliances.

In addition to all of this, you can also take advantage of all that Monteray Shores has to offer including community pools, clubhouse with WIFI, gym, kids's activities in season, bicycle and walking trails, playground, tennis, 3 basketball courts, AND TWO community Piers for fishing and crabbing! Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Monteray Shores, a neighborhood in Corolla. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Corolla Beach. Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars and Corolla Raceway are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, surfing/body boarding, and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.

When to book & When to go:

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer is high season in Corolla. To get the largest rental within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Currituck attractions.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your family qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property managers typically offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for specifics.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property a final time and look for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent ratings to inspire more bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
