The brand-new Coral St. beach access path begins just one lot away from our home, which makes it incredibly convenient for families with young kids to appreciate the sand and surf. Use our handy wagon for transporting little ones to the beach with ease. No need to carry heavy bags and tired toddlers—simply load up the wagon and savor a hassle-complimentary day by the ocean! We are east of NC-12 with no major roads to cross.

???????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????: With five generous-sized bedrooms, each offering at least one king or queen bed, our home offers flexible sleeping arrangements accommodating up to 15 guests comfortably. Ample common spaces both indoor and out ensure that everybody can relax and spread out after a day of adventure.

???????????? ????????????????????????????????: Two dogs stay complimentary with each reservation. If you have additional four-legged travelers, that's no problem. We can accommodate additional dogs for $175 per animal with advance notice. There are no breed or weight restrictions, but they need to be at least 1 year old, completely housebroken, and sufficiently trained not to be destructive.

Closure dates have not been determined, but the pool typically closes mid-fall and the hot tub may be open as late as New Year's Day. Please inquire before booking for specific dates. Outside of these time frames, both amenities are winterized and not supplied in your rate. If your reservation falls outside these dates and you would like to request use of these accommodations, please contact us and we will be happy to quote you an additional charge to make them available to you, if possible. Requests cannot be guaranteed. Please note that the pool heater will only operate if the ambient air temperature is above 55° F. It will not heat the pool if the air temperature is below this minimum threshold. Cooler air temperatures above 55° F may not provide sufficient heat to keep the pool water as warm as desired. Water temperature is dependent on multiple factors and is not guaranteed.

???????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????: Guests are required to provide a photo ID and sign our vacation rental agreement, which will be emailed after booking. A preview document is available, and all prospective guests are encouraged to review it prior to booking. Advertised prices are subject to change and are not guaranteed until payment is processed. This is a nonsmoking property. The max. occupancy allowed on the property at any time is 15 people. The number and sizes of beds offered are meant to accommodate flexible sleeping arrangements and should not be taken as a representation of allowed occupancy. The minimum age to rent is 25 years at the time of occupancy. We don’t permit groups of high school, college, or other unrelated individuals under age 25, even with the promise of chaperones. We’re not a suitable venue for “beach week,” “senior week,” or similar gatherings. Guests will receive a full refund for cancellation requests made within the returnable window. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance in the event they need to cancel within the nonrefundable window. We will not issue refunds or credits outside the terms of the cancellation policy.

Get the best value:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Corolla. To find the best value, consider changing your group's vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer excellent temperatures, , and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your rental home up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies often offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses.   • Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before reserving a rental
