Bedrooms have all new extended bamboo flooring with new flat screen TVs, new interior paint and many new furnishings. The top level en suite has been completely renovated with custom doors, new tile flooring, a free-standing soaking tub and a new custom walk-in shower. There are new ceiling fans for outside decking areas and a hammock for your enjoyment. The pool deck has new sun beds and chairs for relaxing at the large private pool.

Flip Flop'n does not provide linens but may be rented for an additional fee.

Ground Level: Large king bedroom with a futon and a TV with a door that opens to the pool and hot tub area, full bath, laundry area.

Mid Level: Queen bedroom with TV, bedroom with two twin beds, bedroom with a full and a twin bed, full hall bath.

Top Level: King en suite with TV and Jacuzzi in the private bath, living area with wet bar, TV/DVD and stereo, kitchen, dining area, and half bath. The decks are on the mid and top level.
