We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and stringently prohibit third-event bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.

★ RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK-IN FORM
Booking Guest will be required to review and agree to the Terms and Conditions of our North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement, as well as complete a Check-in Form.

★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE
We do not collect a security deposit. Instead, our company uses a third-event service for short-term rental insurance to ensure that the guest, the home, and its contents are protected during the stay. Please visit the Safely website for more information.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION
Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

This hot tub is open from April through mid-October.

All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. This home has three recording cameras: one at the front door monitoring anyone that enters/exits the home, one overlooking the driveway, and one in the carport area.

• Summertime is high season in Corolla. To get the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Currituck attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your group.
• Booking websites usually offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses.
