Feel the ultimate beach hideaway at Da Kine by Da C, a impressive oceanside home in Corolla, located just a short walk from the ocean. After a day at the beach or exploring Corolla, relax in the roomy great room with vaulted ceilings and wood floors throughout. The reverse floorplan and east-facing sun deck provide striking vistas from the top level. When you're not dining at one of Corolla's eateries, prepare your meals in the refreshed, well-equipped kitchen. The double oven and two dishwashers are ideal for enormous groups, making meal prep and cleanup a breeze.

Da Kine by Da C is ideal for extended families or multiple groups visiting together. Six of the seven bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, ensuring everybody enjoys their own private space. A comfortable den on the mid-level offers additional living space with access to a covered deck and hot tub. Downstairs, a rec room with a pool table provides hours of entertainment, while the wet bar with a full-size refrigerator offers painless access to poolside drinks and snacks. The pool, available for heating during select times of the year for an additional fee, is ideal for getaways, even in the spring and fall. Appreciate outdoor fun and challenge friends to a game of ping pong or horseshoes. Beyond the pool, you'll find a sand volleyball court, ideal for hosting family tournaments right in your own backyard. Bring your furry friends along too, as dogs are welcome to join in the fun.​​​​​​​

Exploring Corolla: Located in the Ocean Sands Section A neighborhood, Da Kine by Da C is just a short walk from beach access at the end of the street. Its central Corolla location also puts you mins. away from grocery stores, shopping, dining, and the Currituck Club golf course.

Beach Access: Just a short walk to the beach. Head east on Breaker's Arch and access the beach at the end of the cul-de-sac by using the wooden walkway to cross over the dunes.

Advance Year Bookings: Accepts Bookings within 51 Weeks in Advance : This home accepts the current year's guest the first option to rebook their dates for the future year. Contact our office for details on how to book this home for next year.

Heated pools are available Week Prior to Easter through Memorial Day and Labor Day Week through Mid-October.
Pools are set at a cozy 78-80 degrees during the heated season. Please note that for optimal performance, outside temperatures must remain around 60 degrees or warmer. Various weather conditions such as wind speed and direction can affect the heat performance.

No Smoking/Vaping. Dog-Friendly (Two Dogs-max.) - Dogs allowed for an additional fee.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
