Corolla Sunset is a 7 bed (3 Masters), 5.5 bath Semi-Oceanfront home with a Private Pool, Hot Tub, and freshly refreshed game room! Located less than 1/2 mile before the paved road ends and the 4x4 beach begins, this home gives you the chance to discover the Currituck Banks Reserve - home of the famed Corolla Wild Horses - without needing a 4 wheel drive car. For those with a 4x4 planning to spend their days exploring Carova, you can air down before leaving the home! The back deck features vistas of the Currituck Beach Lighthouse and the wilderness of the reserve.

Beach access is just 3 homes away. The home has 3 King beds, 2 Queen beds, a room with a Twin and Full, and a Bunk room with a Twin over Full bespoke constructed-in bunk.

Recent Updates include:
- Complete exterior remodel including new roof, new siding, new windows, new sliding doors, and new decks.
- Installed under deck rain collection to convert the lower level decks to covered spaces.
- Totally new kitchen and kitchenette with enhanced layout, bespoke cabinets, quartz counters, new appliances, and tile backsplash.
- Replaced 3 showers with bespoke tile and glass doors.
- New Polywood chaise lounges with beverage tables by the pool
- New Polywood outdoor table with 6 dining chairs on the 3rd level deck
- New Samsung Intelligent TVs
- All new lighting, including ceiling fans and light fixtures throughout the home (dining room, bathrooms, over the pool table, etc)
- All new vanities, lights, mirrors, and fixtures in every bathroom.
- Added an additional window in the Gameroom to increase natural light.

The Villages at Ocean Hill is the northernmost community in Corolla accessible by 2 wheel drive. Conveniences include two swimming pools, an ocean front snack bar, basketball, tennis, and Pickleball courts, and a exercise center (fee required). Just outside of the neighborhood is the Currituck Banks Reserve Maritime Forest Trail - a 0.3 mile boardwalk leading to a sound front deck as well as a 0.75 mile hiking trail through the forest.
