Guest Responsibilities: Please note that any additional items beyond the complimentary starter items included should be either brought by the guest or purchased at local stores. To ensure the longevity of the washer and dryer, kindly shake out all sandy items before placing them in the machines. Excess sand can potentially damage the appliances.

NOTES & POLICIES:

Rental Agreement: Complete a standard rental agreement to ensure a smooth and enchanting experience. Share the agreement and home rules with all guests staying at the property. Our company uses a third-event screening service called Safely. You may receive an e-mail from Safely asking you for additional information to verify your identity, such as your home address and date of birth. Please visit the Safely website if you would like additional information.

Trust & Safety Fee: A single, nonrefundable fee of $100 applies for a Safely Protection Policy, ensuring the protection of guests, the home, and its contents during the stay.

Pet & Smoking Policy: The home is not pet-friendly, and indoor smoking or vaping is prohibited. Should you bring family pets without obtaining prior permission from the host, there will be a $400 infraction fee, and your stay will be subject to cancellation with no refund and expedited eviction.

Pool & Hot Tub: If this home has a pool or hot tub, please check the listing or ask the host for the operational schedule. Most pools are seasonal, open only from May to October each year.

Security Camera: All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home. There are no cameras on the interior of the home. Salty Soul has three exterior cameras: one on the front door (Ring Doorbell), one facing the carport door and sliding glass door, and one over the backyard.

Age & Booking Restrictions: Reservations are not accepted from individuals under 25, especially for events or events. Third-event bookings are stringently prohibited for safety and security reasons. We stringently prohibit third-event bookings for our guests’ and neighbors’ safety and tranquility. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.

Located in The Whalehead Neighborhood in Corolla, NC. Just a short walk to the beach! A short drive to close by eateries, stores, and Carova Beach which is the home of the OBX wild horses!

There are numerous grocery stores within mins.. Food Lion and Harris Teeter. There are local eateries in Corolla and in Duck. Most of the nicer ones will require a reservation - some on Open Table. There are many adventure activities and tours in the area and they fill up fast.

Just a few mins. north is the entrance to the 4x4 Beach, where you can take a breathtaking drive on the sand and possibly catch a glimpse of the wild horses grazing on the beach. Walk to the Whalehead Brewery, Food Lion or Timbuck 2 shopping center.
