Our costal Cottage is the ideal home for your family vacation or special outer banks hideaway! Unwind by your private pool & hot tub or get out and discover Currituck club community.

The pool is open early April - till the end of October. Pool can be heated or chilled for an additional fee.

Please note the pool heater can only raise the water temperature10 degrees higher than the ambient air temperature (60 degrees and higher).

Currituck club is not just for the golfer in your family but offers something for everybody with amenities galore – Exercise Center, 3 community pools- all with kiddie pools & bathhouses, 7 tennis courts, Pickleball, basketball, bocce ball, bicycle paths and playgrounds. In-Season trolley service to and from the beach, and the infamous beach valet and more – all within our gated community.

About the Area

Located in Corolla, this vacation home is next to a golf course and near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Corolla Beach. Corolla Raceway and Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

How to get the best rental experience:

Sticking to your rental home budget:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Currituck area. To get the best value, consider shifting your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
• The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early. Booking your rental six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
• Hosts sometimes offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
• Property management companies often offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
• Look for your local Currituck visitors guide magazine upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great information, visitor guides have money saving offers on nearby tours, shops, and attractions.

• Precise details about bedrooms and bed counts is often available on booking websites. If they are not listed, email or call the property owner before reserving your rental. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds and bunks.
• Are you visiting for a single attraction or event? Use a map search to find nearby properties.
• Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental.
• Traveling with pets? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Extra fees or could be applied to your contract.

Advice for a wonderful stay:

• Add the host's information to your smartphone. Take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
• Upon check-in, make note of any damages to the rental property and immediately contact the property manager. Keep records of all coorespondence.
• Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, stereo or appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent lots of difficulties.
• Be a good neighbor. Often, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
• Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
• Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental while you are gone, just like you would at home.
• Double-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings on check-out day. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your family have a wonderful time? Many rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental and/or host was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was out of order and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
