Welcome to Ocean Scout! Whether you're looking for a fast hideaway or a longer stay, this is the ideal location for you. This newly constructed condo offers all the amenities you need to have a great time. It's conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, The Whalehead Club, Corolla Light Town Center, eateries, and much more.

Our handsome 2-bed/2-bath condo, just a short walk from the beach! Located at the last beach access before the 4x4 beach area, you'll be only mins. away from the famed wild horses. Alternatively, you can savor a leisurely walk to the beach from our condo in just a few mins..

Inside, the condo features a splendid kitchen with a roomy island and plenty of seating. It comes completely outfitted with everything you need to prepare meals or appreciate a BBQ outside. The living room offers a generous space to relax, watch TV, or play games.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also has a king-sized bed and its own access to the Jack and Jill bathroom. Linens and towels are supplied - just pack your bags and start your vacation!

For your convenience, there's a washer/dryer unit in the condo. The pool is open from May to October, and you have the option to rent cabanas for added comfort. We also provide four beach chairs to enhance your beach experience.

** While this unit is entirely complete, there is some construction in other parts of the community. We ask that you do not enter part of the complex that has construction going on.

  • Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a fantastic vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
