NEW FOR 2022, we added a 20 x 10 pool and 2023 replaced both HVAC systems! Three level beach home 4 homes from the Ocean. 6 bedrooms with 2 master suites. 2 queen bed rooms 1 double twin room and one 4 bed bunk room so sleeps up to 14 people. New to rental market the home has been refreshed with new paint, all king and Queen beds and 2 twins have new memory foam beds. New chair height anti clog toilets in every bathroom. Comes with 6 beach bicycles and beach chairs and toys for renters use. Bright sunny decks with view of ocean from crow's nest. 6 outdoor polywood Adirondack chairs for calming in the sun. Highly sought after Section O of Ocean Sands this home is 1 over from the resident/guest only community tennis & pickleball courts and next to the community pool which renters will have access to during their stay. House has 8 person hot tub on 2nd level. Washer and dryer on entry level. Outdoor shower to clean off after a great day at the beach. Simple Parking available for 6 cars. Also 2 flag pole brackets so bring your flag poles to display with pride what's important to you. Roughly 3100 sq ft of living space.
