Animal House is a gorgeous waterfront getaway boasting an unbeatable location in the sought-after Corolla Light community. With resort amenities just a short walk away and a complimentary trolley service to the beach, you can park your car in the driveway and leave it there your entire stay if you choose. Along with an marvelous view of the Currituck Sound, Animal House provides direct access to the water for launching kayaks and paddleboards. The community's soundside pier is right behind the home, ideal for fishing, crabbing or simply watching the beautiful sunsets.

A reverse floorplan, west-facing sun deck and windows galore make the most of the soundfront location. After a day at the beach or exploring the resort, come home and gather in the comfortably furnished, open-concept great room. It leads out to an broad waterfront deck with a bubbly hot tub. When you're not dining out, prepare meals in the well-supplied kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A double oven, two sinks and two dishwashers make cooking and clean up for enormous groups a breeze. The primary bedroom is also located on the top level, offering the same impressive view and convenient deck access as the great room. It includes a comfortable nook ideal for reading or catching up with work. A generously sized private bath features a double vanity, jetted tub and separate shower.

The mid-level consists of four more bedrooms (including two ensuites), three of which provide direct access to the soundfront covered deck. As guests of Corolla Light, your family will have access to a variety of world-class resort amenities - there's really something for everybody! A trolley stop is located just two tons from the home and will shuttle you to the Oceanfront Complex for a full day of fun in the sun. Along with direct access to the beach, you'll find three outdoor pools, a snack bar, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball and a playground. Back on the west side of the resort, Animal House is only 200 feet away from the soundfront community pool as well as the Corolla Light Sports Center. This impressive 36,000 sq. ft. facility includes an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a exercise center with showers and a sauna, racquetball, walleyball, ping pong, and weekly classes/activities.
