Along with an impressive view of the Currituck Sound, Animal House provides direct access to the water for launching kayaks and paddleboards. The community's soundside pier is right behind the home, ideal for fishing, crabbing or simply watching the pretty sunsets.

A reverse floorplan, west-facing sun deck and windows galore make the most of the soundfront location. After a day at the beach or exploring the resort, come home and gather in the comfortably furnished, open-concept great room. It leads out to an broad waterfront deck with a bubbly hot tub. When you're not dining out, prepare meals in the well-supplied kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A double oven, two sinks and two dishwashers make cooking and clean up for enormous groups a breeze.
