Brand new construction for 2022 with ocean vistas in the estate size tons section of Ocean Sands Subdivision in Corolla. A 275 foot walk and less than one min. to the beach access. Home features nine bedrooms, EACH with a private bath, elevator access to all three levels, private heated pool with hot tub and tiki bar with outdoor TV. Chef's kitchen with two fridges, two dishwashers, and a gas range. Ground floor rec/game room with foosball, pool table and wall mounted flat screen TV. Additional ground floor theater room with seating for eight including five recliners; ideal for fun family movie nights! Two bunk rooms feature four beds each (2 twins and 2 fulls per room--total of 8 beds) in the bunk beds. Private pool, with outdoor TV, tiki bar, and roomy living areas for the entire family. Home features a Sonos sound system throughout; indoor and outdoor speakers. Upscale furnishings, no detail is overlooked in this home.

House Layout: Ground floor features a rec room with full bath, foosball, mini bar with sink and full-size refrigerator and freezer. Theatre room with seating for eight including five recliners. Private bespoke concrete pool with concrete deck and AstroTurf yard. Shaded tiki bar area with sink and bar seating along with shaded outdoor couch. Outdoor bathroom with toilet and sink plus outdoor shower in pool area. Outdoor gas grille for barbecuing. Hot tub in pool area. Pool heat is available for an additional fee in the spring and fall.

Second floor features three king master suites with private baths and access to either a private balcony or shared deck. A queen suite with private bath and access to shared deck overlooking the pool area. Two constructed in bunk bed rooms each with private baths. An additional queen sleeper couch is located in the hallway alcove. Laundry room with two washers and two dryers also on this level.

Third floor features kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including two fridges, two dishwashers, two kitchen sinks, gas range with commercial hood, microwave, coffee station with two Keurig and two regular coffee makers. Extensive kitchen island with counter height seating for seven. Giant dining table with seating for 20. Living room with 85" wall mounted T.V., access to the deck overlooking the pool area, powder room. Three king master suites with full baths and deck access are located on the third floor. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen intelligent TVs for cable or streaming your subscription services.

The subdivision is located along the bicycle/multiuse path in Corolla for ease of transportation in the area as well.

We provide sheet and towel service EXCLUDING beach towels. (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels—beds will be made with sheets upon your arrival and towel sets in the bedrooms).

Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, kids and extended family members visiting in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,
unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOME PARTIES ACCEPTED.
