This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath oceanside home resides by the striking beach of Corolla – an ideal location for rest and relaxation without an overflow of commercialism and the hordes that come with it. Silent Sea resides in the Ocean Sands subdivision, so you can work up a sweat during your stay at the community tennis courts! The beach of Corolla is only a half-mile away, where you can soak up the rays and splash your cares away on a impressive, unpolluted beach. Spend some time in family-friendly competition on the home-included cornhole boards. This home includes a mid-level covered porch, mid-level covered deck, and a top-level sun deck – take your pick of where you want to sit in the mornings while sipping your coffee and feeling the invigorating sea breeze!

The ground-level offers a roomy backyard with a covered patio area and furnishings, plenty of parking, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after your beach trips! Travel to the mid-level and you'll find 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Please Note: Parking in Ocean Sands is the space supplied with the home that you are renting. If you have more cars than spaces you will need to identify alternate parking outside Ocean Sands. There is no parking in the street due to the need to have room for emergency cars to access the homes. RVs, campers, trailers, and golf carts are not allowed at this property.
