Vistas galore!!! The decks across the front and the side of this home provide striking vistas of the Currituck Lighthouse, excellent sunrise vistas over the ocean, and extraordinary sunset vistas over the sound. Appreciate the marvelous Jacuzzi spa located under a spectacularly huge pavilion for privacy and shade. The enlarged patio area surrounding the pool offers plenty of HPDE furnishings to soak up the sun on and a sizable outdoor shower in the carport area provides plenty of room to wash off in after a day at the beach. The carport also contains a huge bicycle rack and a guest closet full of extras which guests may find fun to use in the pool as well as on the beach. Inside, savor the pretty kitchen with stainless steel appliances including two dishwashers and a double oven. All new windows throughout and new top level doors for 2021/2022. The great room is very cavernous and comfortable with plenty of seating to gather around the huge intelligent TV and accompanying sound bar for an appealing movie nighttime or to spend time gaming on the PlayStation 3. The lower level game room features a CD player/stereo, a pool table, another enormous intelligent TV, a wet bar and a 2nd refrigerator. This all helps make it very convenient for serving snacks and drinks poolside as well as for appreciating all of the game room fun. Families will appreciate the location of this home as it is an simple 8 min. walk to the beach. The neighborhood amenities, such as tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and community pools, are also only a brief walk away. The sizable sidewalks found throughout the community provide safe walking/cycling access to the Lighthouse, the Whalehead Club, Corolla Light Town Center, trails, and more. And, to help out with getting the bags and groceries to the top level, a new exterior cargo lift has been installed (2021).

Ground Level: A recreation room with large intelligent TV, CD player/stereo, pool table, wet bar and a full-size refrigerator. One bedroom features a Queen Bed, as well as a TV. It shares a full hallway bathroom with a second bedroom featuring a DuoBunk and a ROKU TV. The outside provides access to the pool, the outdoor shower, the guest closet containing pool and beach extras, and the cargo lift.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms with TVs and deck access, a Queen Bedroom with TV which shares a full hallway bathroom with a bedroom featuring 2 Bunk Sets, a TV, and deck access. A laundry room has a new (2021) washer and dryer. The outside deck features HPDE seating, privacy curtains with a wooden seating area, and a hammock swing.

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with TV and deck access. The great room features a large intelligent TV, Blu-Ray player, surround sound bar with subwoofer and a PlayStation 3 with wireless controllers, along with multiple board games, puzzles, movies, and reading materials for any guests' enjoyment. The well-equipped kitchen features two dishwashers, a double oven, a Keurig, a coffee pot, counter seating for 3 and more. For more seating, there are two dining tables, the first seating ten and the 2nd seating eight. The outside deck features a HPDE dining table and chairs, as well as plenty of other HPDE seating.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Gas Fireplace is not available for guest use.
