Direct access from the pool area to the den, which features a wet bar with full-size refrigerator and microwave, is ideal for convenient and seamless indoor/outdoor living. The den is also furnished with a sectional couch, card/poker table and TV, making it practically a second living area. The garage is set up as a game area with a ping pong table and a two-player, arcade-style basketball game. A bedroom on the ground level connects to a semi-private bath with a roll-under sink, roll-in shower and 32-inch wide doorways, ideal for guests with accessibility needs. There's also an elevator that goes from the ground floor to both upper levels, making unpacking suitcases a groceries a breeze. Upstairs, four en-suite bedrooms on the mid level ensure privacy for all of your guests.
