With everything that you can imagine, Summer Breeze is really a dream property. Featuring nine bedrooms (seven masters), and an Elevator! You can also savor the Home Theater with plush seating for 13 and a popcorn popper, Private Pool, Kiddie Pool, Hot Tub, Basketball Hoop, Rec Room with full-sized Pool Table, Game Table, and Kitchenette with Microwave and full-sized Fridge with ice maker. There are tons of places to escape, rest or read. In addition to the Great Room with LCD TV, there is a reading nook on the top floor, a sitting room on the mid-level and comfortable couch in the rec room. The kitchen has granite counters, two full-sized fridges, two dishwashers, a pantry and seating at the counters. There is a table that seats 12 for family dinners and another table that seats 4. Appreciate meals in the screen porch too. Everyone will adore the multiple deck areas, with five bedrooms having deck access! The rooftop deck offers great vistas and evenings under the stars. There is a book and DVD library, and board games for the whole family!

Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

  • Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To find the most suitable rental within your budget, we suggest reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • In the Currituck area, The earlier you can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked very early. Reserving your rental property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.

  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
