☆ Family-Friendly: As parents of young kids, we understand the challenges of traveling with little ones. That's why we've made our home as family-friendly as possible. We provide a Pack 'n Play with crib sheets, and there’s ample space in any bedroom for set up. We’ve also supplied kid-friendly cups, bowls, plates, and silverware, along with books, games, and puzzles for fun family time together!

☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome dogs only for a fee of $200 per pet, per stay. min. of 2 dogs, each weighing up to 50 lbs. Please note that a pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and family pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints. No dogs allowed in the pool.

☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of electricity heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it, please note we need at least 5 days to heat the pool and must be booked and paid for, for the duration of your stay. Our pool is closed and covered seasonally from November to March.

☆ Hot Tub: The use of the hot tub is included in your nightly rate, there is no additional charge. Our team will turn the hot tub on prior to your arrival.

☆ Pests: Corolla is home to midges, tiny seasonal bugs that are harmless and do not bite, but they can appear in huge numbers. To keep them out, we recommend keeping doors closed as much as possible and turning off outdoor lights at nighttime, as light attracts them. We regularly treat the area, but they may still be present outdoors. Bug spray is a great idea for enjoying the deck and pool areas. Additionally, snakes from the close by marsh can occasionally be spotted. If you see one on the property, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for animal control to remove it.

House Rules
• Primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
• No events or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are stringently prohibited.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• Animals must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs allowed in pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max dogs 2
• Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway, street parking is not allowed. Max 7 cars allowed. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways.
• Kids under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa.
• BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only.
• No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
• Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
• Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
