NEW RENTAL: Your family deserves a chance to recharge and relax at Sound Relief! This home will fit all guests comfortably with its amenities that include a screened porch, a Parlor area, and a private saltwater pool with a hot tub on the pool deck. It is located roughly 1 mile from the public beach access with complimentary parking. The new owners are adding their own decorative touches to give the home a fun and beach-y feeling. [Note: No dogs or other animals allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room encompasses a family-friendly living space with handsome vistas to the west of the Currituck Sound. In the living area, a sizable sectional couch will accommodate your family members while viewing the enormous flat-screen TV. A constructed-in drink center is part of the living room layout. For the dining area, the table seats 8 and there is additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island. The kitchen is filled with upgraded amenities such as a pod coffeemaker, granite counters, a gas cooktop, and 2 constructed-in wall ovens. Appreciate the screened porch with outdoor table and other deck furnishings to view striking sunsets from the top sun deck! The King Master Suite has deck access and its master bath has a soaking tub and separate tiled shower. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

MID LEVEL:
There are two King Master Suites on this level: one King Master is in a separate wing for additional privacy as it has a seating area and a separate desk; its master bath has a shower. The other King Master has access to the back covered deck; it master bath has a tiled shower. A bedroom with a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Double) includes a Trundle so it is ideal for kids to use. A huge Parlor will serve as a second living area for family members to hang out and view a favorite program or movie together. There is a beverage center to keep drinks cool and available for guests to appreciate. It has access to a shared bathroom (shower/tub combo) which is also available for the Pyramid Bunk bedroom and the Queen bedroom which has deck access. The laundry area is also on this floor.

GROUND LEVEL:
At the back of the home, the pool deck will be a gathering place for sun-lovers around the 10' x 25' private saltwater pool (pool open May to mid-October; pool heat is available for an additional fee). A 6-person hot tub is available for the adults to savor. Use the outdoor shower to shower off before using the watery amenities. The family member in charge of grilling can look forward to preparing simple meals on the gas grille. The garage has a second full-size refrigerator and a game area includes an air hockey table, an indoor Pop-A-Shot basketball arcade with 2 baskets and a Connect 4-in-a-Row wall-mounted game board. There is parking for 4-5 cars in the driveway.

EXTRAS:
As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including complimentary trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a huge community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Exercise Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bicycle riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean vistas.

Corolla Raceway and Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars are also worth visiting.
